Medicaid expansion and federal funding
In 2022, voters added Medicaid coverage for adults 18 to 64 with low incomes. Today the federal government pays 90% of that cost.
A yes voteIf federal funding for the expansion ever drops below 90%, the expansion ends. Medicaid goes back to covering low-income children, pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly.
A no voteThe constitution stays as it is. The expansion stays in place whatever share the federal government pays.

Citizenship and voting
The state constitution already lists U.S. citizenship as a requirement to vote in state elections.
A yes voteAdds people who are not U.S. citizens to the constitution's list of people who cannot vote. This spells out a rule the constitution already has.
A no voteThe constitution stays as it is. U.S. citizenship is still required to vote.

Unclaimed property trust fund
Money people lose track of, like old bank accounts, uncashed checks, and refunds, goes to the State Treasurer. Owners can claim it.
A yes voteThat money goes into a trust fund in the constitution. Part of its interest and income goes into the state budget each year. The Legislature sets the amount in a way that lets the fund grow.
A no voteThe constitution stays as it is. No constitutional trust fund is created.

A constitutional amendment passes with a simple majority of the votes cast.
A yes voteFuture constitutional amendments will need 60% of the votes cast to pass.
A no voteThe constitution stays as it is. Amendments keep passing with a simple majority.
